1. Can I order by phone or fax?
Answer: For accuracy and billing, we do not take orders over the phone or fax. Your Order will be securely processed through Google Checkout.
2. How long does it take to get my banner? Answer: We will ship your banner within 48 Hours after your artwork has been approved and sent to production. You have the Option of Selecting your delivery Method.

3. What is your Guarantee?
Answer: 2 YEARS! Our banners are made of high-quality materials and can last for years, when installed, rolled and/or stored properly. We guarantee Your Banner won't Fade or Tear For 2 Years. If it does, just send it back and we'll send you a new one. All you pay is shipping and handling.
4. What type of file do I need to send? Answer: To keep Your costs low, we only accept printer ready artwork. We accept Adobe Illustrator (with the fonts converted to outlines), JPEG files (Min 150DPI), and high resolution PDF files.
If you have a graphic file that falls outside of these guidelines, feel free to give us a call. We charge $37.50 a half hour to convert and get graphic files ready for banner production.
5. Are the dimensions exact?
Answer: Banners will run two inches smaller all around the edge because of the seaming process.
6. What is your refund policy?
Answer: Because each banner is Custom manufactured to your specifications, there are no refunds or returns.
